It is crafted from the satin weave, although, unlike satin, it is made from treated cotton fibres. Up close, our Sateen set appears to have a diagonal weave effect, which combines the soft, smooth, luxurious feel of satin with the strength, breathability, and strength of cotton. Our duvet collection come s Purafresh® treated, with fibres that offer antibacterial, anti-microbial and anti-dustmite protection. Sateen, because of its careful production process, is water repellent and thus resists mildew. This makes it the perfect option for people with sensitive skin, allergies, and respiratory conditions.
