Dreamaker $300 Gift Card Giveaway: Terms and Conditions
Promoter
  1. The promoter is Decor Innovations Pty Ltd trading as Dreamaker (ABN 99 162 116 887 of 36 Mavis Street, Revesby, NSW 2212).
  2. Instructions on how to enter and prize details form part of these terms. By entering, you accept these terms.
Promotional period
  1. The Dreamaker $300 Gift Card Giveaway (Promotion) opens at 9:00am AEDT on Monday 19 October 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEDT on Thursday 29 October 2026 (Promotional Period). All times are Sydney time.
Eligibility
  1. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 or over. Employees and contractors of the Promoter and its associated agencies, and their immediate families, are not eligible.
How to enter
  1. To enter, during the Promotional Period you must:
    1. follow @dreamaker on Instagram; and
    2. complete the entry form at [store URL]/pages/win with your first name, email address and Instagram handle, and submit it.
  2. Entry requires joining the Dreamaker mailing list. By submitting the entry form, you agree to receive marketing emails from Dreamaker. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, and unsubscribing after you enter does not affect your entry.
  3. Commenting "ENTER" on the Dreamaker giveaway post on Instagram sends you a direct message with the entry link. A comment on its own is not an entry. Only a completed entry form counts.
  4. One entry per person. More than one form submitted with the same email address or Instagram handle counts as one entry. Entries submitted by automated or bulk means are invalid.
  5. Entries must be received within the Promotional Period. We are not responsible for entries that are lost, late or incomplete, or for technical failures of Instagram, Shopify, CreatorFlow or any network.
  6. We may verify any entrant's eligibility, and may disqualify any entry or entrant we reasonably believe has breached these terms or tampered with the entry process.
Draw
  1. This is a game of chance. The draw will take place at 36 Mavis Street, Revesby, NSW 2112 at 10:00am AEDT on Friday 30 October 2026, by random selection from all valid entries.
  2. The drawn entrant must be following @dreamaker on Instagram at the time of the draw. If not, that entry is invalid and another entry will be drawn.
  3. The winner will be notified by email and Instagram direct message within 2 business days of the draw. The winner's first name, surname initial, state and Instagram handle will be published on the @dreamaker Instagram account and at [store URL]/pages/win by Friday 6 November 2026.
  4. The winner must claim the prize by replying to the notification by 11:59pm AEDT on Friday 6 November 2026. If the prize is not claimed by then, or the winner is ineligible, a redraw will take place at the same location at 10:00am AEDT on Monday 9 November 2026. The redraw winner will be notified and published under clause 13, and must claim within 5 days of notification.
Prize
  1. There is one prize: a $300 (incl. GST) Dreamaker digital gift voucher, redeemable online at https://dreamaker.com.au/. The gift card is valid for 3 years from the date of issue, can be used across more than one order, and can be used with sale prices and promotional codes. Total prize pool: $300 (incl. GST).
  2. The gift voucher code will be emailed to the winner within 2 business days of their claim. Standard shipping charges apply to orders under our free-shipping threshold.
  3. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred. If the prize becomes unavailable, we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to any applicable state legislation.
General
  1. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. By entering, you release Instagram and Meta from any liability in connection with the Promotion.
  2. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the Promotion or the prize.
  3. We collect your personal information to run the Promotion and, as agreed in clause 6, to send you marketing emails. We may share it with service providers such as Shopify and CreatorFlow, which may store data outside Australia. Our privacy policy at https://dreamaker.com.au/policies/privacy-policy explains how to access or correct your information or make a complaint.
  4. We will keep entry and draw records for at least 12 months after the draw.
  5. If the Promotion cannot run as planned because of circumstances beyond our control, we may modify, suspend or cancel it, subject to any directions from a state regulator.
  6. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
